This is the cultural shift we were told would never happen. But 3D-printed fake meat and fish have officially hit American grocery stores. The U.S. retail launch of the PERFECTA brand introduces 3-D-printed meat and seafood to grocery stores across the Northeastern United States.
The packaging DOES NOT disclose that the company’s products are manufactured using 3D-printing technology. Instead, beautiful photos on the packaging make the five products look real and irresistible.
“Marbled Steak”
“Filet Mignon”
“Chicken Breast”
“Salmon Patties”
“White Fish Patties”
In small print: “premium plant-based meat.” Ingredients: soy flour, rapeseed oil, modified starch, methylcellulose, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, and artificial meat coloring designed to imitate the appearance of beef.

American foreign policy must consider not only the condition of allied nations today but also the direction or trajectory in which they are moving. European leadership restricting freedom of speech and banning entry to peaceful activists cannot be dismissed as purely domestic when it affects American citizens and raises questions about the values on which the transatlantic alliance rests.
