Yes. Thousands of pages worth. Corrupt agencies, corrupt individuals and corrupt government cartels.

But none of those agreements specified vaccine testing, or precautions to prevent lab leaks, or lab safety precautions if there were vaccine injuries or deaths, or if the vaccine accelerated a coronavirus pandemic.
