Legal instruments were manipulated, bureaucratic paragraphs invoked, and overnight he was erased from an election he was poised to win. No tanks rolled through the streets. The EU required only parchment and procedural cunning. Brussels remained indifferent. Europe consumes its progeny without remorse. Georgescu’s appeal also amounted to naught as everything is manipulated and fake.
