Texas only requires an ID number or social security number on the mail-in envelope when voting by mail. A recent hack of the National Public Data corp, exposed virtually all social security data for all Americans, making it easy to fake a vote in Texas. In the last 9 months, there have been 3.5 million voter registration attempts without ID in Texas.
