The historic Ninth Circuit Ruling (link below for your records) represents a partial but highly significant victory for medical freedom.
It says, in summary, that governments cannot mandate any vaccine unless it can be proven in court before a jury that the vaccine is truly a vaccine, and that it is both safe and effective, and if proven otherwise in court with adequate discovery, no government can compel a citizen to yield his bodily autonomy to the government mandate, even in the middle of an emergency.
