She was a success in setting up a presidential candidate named Zelensky, who lied about a peace platform and then enflamed his nation in war, poverty, displacement and ruin. The Ukrainian wasteland Nuland leaves behind will no longer be ruled by her, but soon by Russian interests which conclude the war with a peace agreement on their terms, not the terms of Victoria Nuland.
