Sheriffs vs. Supreme Court Judges
The battle is on regarding the Illinois gun and magazine ban. It remains in place after being upheld today by a split Illinois Supreme Court. Sheriffs will not enforce it on gun-owning citizens. This ban will likely go to the US Supreme Court.
