It Was Bad Before Title 42 Ended Last Night. Now What?

The Center for Immigration Studies alleges controlled-flow by the Biden administration’s DHS with Mexico, constituting a highly unusual U.S. policy that demonstrates formal acquiescence to illegal immigration and an official willingness to accommodate mass illegal immigration rather than stopping, blocking, or deterring it, as required by law.

Mexican officials have admitted that the Biden government is using an encrypted Whatsapp channel to coordinate waves of illegals crossing at appointed times in appointed places.

In nearly the first two years under the Biden administration, Border Patrol agents have apprehended a record-setting 4.2 million border crossers. The additional number of "got-aways" is unknown, nor is the estimated number now to cross with the lifting of the Title 42 crossing restrictions.
