A few years later comrade Wilhelm Reich described the Frankfurt School’s development of this groundbreaking curriculum. His discovery, documented in his book 'The Mass Psychology of Fascism,' is simple.
Sex is a successful organizing tool for cultural disintegration.
“We, as communists,” he wrote, “used to debate people about the existence of God…and after a while, I came to a conclusion that this was a waste of time. You aren’t going to debate people away from the existence of God. But what we found was that if you get people involved in deviant sexual behavior, the whole idea of God just disappears automatically.”

Frankfurt School Colleague Herbert Marcuse concurred. “We would not bring down Western culture with philosophical writings about 12-tone music. You are going to bring it down through “sex, drugs and rock-and-roll.”
